Starting with an engagement session! I include these with every wedding I do, it is an invaluable way for us to get to know each other, and truly begin what I hope is a life long relationship.
Need vendor recommendations? After 12 years in the industry I have cultivated relationships with some truly amazing vendors that will help make your day perfect.
Need help developing the timeline for the day? I got you, we will map out your day together so that it flows as smoothly and easily as possible.
Need guidance in front of the camera? I can’t tell you how many times couples have shared their anxiety with having their photos taken. I am a very in the moment and pride myself on being about to read my couples needs to relax in front of the camera.
My process of serving couples is really exciting because it allows your values, wants and needs to be heard, understood and captured. With this process I am able to anchor my intentional shooting style, capturing the unnoticed moments, otherwise forgotten memories, unexpected perspectives, and the unique personalities specific to each couple.
Photography isn’t cheap. Neither are your memories.

As they say, there is no “I” in team. Chelsea Reeck Photography has a team of 3 creatives that document love stories in tandem. While I am a marvelously talented solo artist, my team makes me even better.

FAQs
What’s included in your wedding package?
Each wedding is unique and requires a personalized approach. However, at a minimum, all weddings include an engagement session, and no time limit. From there, I’m happy to discuss any custom add-ons you might be interested in. Include those specifics in your inquiry and we can discuss!
What is your plan in case of emergency—for example, you or a second photographer get sick?
Chelsea Reeck is a team of creatives, in the event of an emergency one of the other team members would cover your wedding day. I also have relationships with many other local photographers willing to step up in the event of an emergency.
My partner and I aren’t very comfortable in front of the camera.
If I had a dollar for every time I heard that statement I wouldn't need to shoot for money anymore. I encourage you to look at the amazing couples and families on my site. 95% of them said the same thing. It’s my job to help make you feel comfortable.
How long have you been shooting weddings?
I have been shooting weddings for over 12 years! I started in college for a few friend-of-a-friend weddings and have been shooting weddings and growing in the industry ever since. My photography background is extensive. I have an undergraduate degree in photography and a master’s degree in photography. I have taught photography at Augsburg University and Minneapolis College of Art and Design. I also always have creative side projects going. I live and breathe my craft!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I absolutely love traveling. Tell me where you are hoping to tie the knot!
I’m not sure if I need a second photographer, what do you think?
Fantastic question. and it depends. Most of my weddings are solo like those cups we had littered around our dorm room back in college. But sometimes I'll have a second shooter for those larger weddings where I can't be everywhere at once. If your wedding is 100+, I recommend having a second shooter of course if there is room for one in your budget.
Do offer a second shooter?
Yes! Absolutely some incredibly talented people that work alongside me regularly. It takes more than one person to make a wedding happen. Chelsea Reeck Photography is a collective of creatives that have a passion for capturing love stories.
Do you have recommendations for scheduling the wedding day?
Definitely, I am usually part photographer, part best friend, and part wedding coordinator for my clients. That means I can offer advice, and I will help build your perfect timeline for the most smooth sailing wedding day ever! PS. I offer free consultations if you need some advice (even if you don’t book me).
How long does is take to receive my images?
I deliver a sneak preview within the first week (though often within 48 hours) and full galleries are delivered within 8 weeks. I know that seems like forever, which is why I love to give a hearty serving to hold you over till the magic is complete.
